MS waitlist screw up

We have been on the waitlist for BCV for the second half of August. Last Tuesday I got a call - one day of our waitlist had come thru. The problem? I hadn't waitlisted that day! It was a Friday, and I never waitlisted for Friday or Saturday. I then asked about what other dates were shown as waitlisted, they had it all wrong. They said I was waitlisted for Saturday (which I was not), and they said I was waitlisted for the 20th, 21st and 22nd (which obviously I was not, since we do not arrive until the 23rd. I was very frustrated, but with the help of the very understanding CM, we corrected all of the dates. The good news is that all of the dates that I WANTED to be waitlisted for, I was - they just had additional dates. So, all resolved, no problem, right? Wrong. Two days later I get another call that my waitlist has come through for Friday and Saturday nights. I have to say, I wasn't quite as pleasant in this conversation as I was during the first call, but tried not to blame the CM - just get it cleared up. Even after this call, I was not convinced that they had everything right, so I called back to verify. Yes - they finally had it right. Has anyone else had this problem?? It would be really nice if there was a way to see your waitlist on the DVC website, so you could see what you had pending. Otherwise, once you hang up from going on a waitlist, what proof do you have that the waitlist is actually in place????
I would hate to think I was waiting for a waitlist that was never even there... Has this happened??

Oh... and the waitlist (the ACTUAL waitlisted days) have NOT come thru yet....

We never got our waitlist in Oct 04 for a two bedroom at SSR. We started the waitlist in about late April or May.

I waitlisted in January for Christmas at BWV. I wanted a two bedroom boardwalk view. I am still waiting for two nights, the 20th and 21st. I can't believe that I can't get those two nights!

After seeing your posts, I decided to call MS to check on my waitlist for Dec 3-6. I waitlisted for a 1 bedroom at BCV, BWV, OKW and SSR. I asked the CM to verify I had made these waitlists. She said yes. Then she tells me that the waitlist had come through for SSR. Well, no one ever called to tell me that. I realize that SSR is the least popular and expected that to come through quite honestly, but how would I have known had I not called today?

This happened to us as well. We were waitlisted for a Sunday night, the day before we were to arrive. It came through and we decided to take it anyways.
