MS Very nice!

I just wanted to say, I had some issues signing in to the member website last night (I had tried to change my e-mail, and somehow everytime I tried to sign in it kept saying I was already log'd on to another disney website)
I was so mad at my computer, had no idea what I had done

so this morning I called Member services and a very nice lady helped and completly solved the issue, right over the phone!!! (last night when I called "disneyworld.com" they told me they had no one to talk to and I had to e-mail)

so I just wanted to say that MS was super great!! I see a lot of posts about how they messed up or whatever, and just wanted to share this story about how nice and helpful they were this morning!!!

I agree. MS is usually helpful and polite with me. Just yesterday I called to check on my waitlist and try to move around some of my ADR's and the woman (can't seem to remember her name) was very sweet.
