MS is unavailable and I'm going nuts.

Thanks in advance. This is the first time I have been faced with this. DD (14) made the softball team at school and practices and games are mandatory. If you miss you have to sit out and can not where the uniform for the next game. During our stay we will miss 2 games and 2 or 3 practices.

I need to cancel or change my reservation and am trying to figure out my 31 day period to avoid the holding account.

My check in date is 3/1/2003. Without going into holding, can I modify on 1/28 or 1/29.

my computer says 1/29 - so you should be fine - I would send MS an email (dated) in case there is a problem for a few days.

with both the CRO system down and MS down - it might take longer than a day to fix.

This give me 1 extra day to try and work through this. DD "says" we can go without her because she's been 4 times in 2002 and we can go back for Thanksgiving. But DW says she'll have a hard time leaving her.

We scheduled 10 of us for my Mom's Birthday 3/4/2003. My Brother can't come but he'll take good care of DD.
