MS Survey - Online Reservations??

When I dialed MS today, I was asked to participate in a survey after the call.

No big deal....the typical questions, "How long was your wait?" etc etc.

But then an interesting question popped up:

If given a choice, how would you like to best make your reservations?
1. Mail 2. Phone 3. Fax 4. Internet

Maybe they are considering on-line reservations after all?

I think they do that one periodically... I remember being all excited about getting asked that question a couple of years ago... I'm still waiting for them to offer online booking. Oh, well.

They have been asking that same question for a lot more than just one year! I know, I've been answering it!

I've answered the survey too, and I prefer telephone.

I've had that same question several times in the past coule of years, and I say I prefer phone too. I want to have a two way communication. Now if they asked if I would like to see availability, the answer would be YES!

I have also done the survey the last few months - I prefer the phone call to MS and talking to a person.

Agreed. I got that same survey this morning and it almost killed me to pick telephone over internet, but when I thought about it, I figured I really would still make the reservations on the phone.

I always answer by phone. I want instant confirmation and a name. I do like viewing my points and other info online.

I like to speak to a person on the phone.....it is usually fun and you get instant information and confirmation. I would much rather speak to a person.
