MS slow to respond (merge reservations)

I know this is an old thread but I wanted to share our experience from this weekend. We were able to get 4 nights in BLT Lake View studio for June and already had the 4 nights after that. This was at about 7:30 last night. I quickly jumped on chat to ask if they could merge then and if possible expedite it because our dining window opened on Monday. He just put in a normal request but did mention they were doing them much more quickly than they had been. I was shocked when the merge came through this afternoon, so less than 24 hour turnaround time.

I had this last week…I even said I know it takes about 10 days and he said they have been getting faster..and less than 24 hours it was done!!!
