MS reservation line survey.

Maybe I am being hopeful but in addition to he standard QA questions there seemed to be a structure for MS bean counters to see what percentage of calls were for reservation requests that were not available. This sort of thing is usually requested by the “bean counters” who are trying to eliminate a cost (unproductive calls) by adding a system capability (member accessible reservation availability information) and if the benefit outweighs the cost.

I agree. I am "specially selected" all the time at DLR and WDW, not to mention MS, for surveys. The MS one is always the same. The ones for the resort seem to be geared on where to spend their advertising money. I think that is just their corporate culture.
