MS New Hours of Operation

Member Services extends operating hours
To better serve the growing Disney Vacation Club Member community, Member Services has expanded its operating hours on Thursdays, taking calls until 10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, and added operations on Saturdays, serving Members from 1-5 p.m EST.

With these additions, Members now may reach Member Services from 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. EST on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays; from 9 a.m.-10 p.m. EST on Thursdays; and from 1-5 p.m. EST on Saturdays.

That's good for folks who work and may not get home prior to 5PM when they used ot close most evenings.

Plus, it might help reduce the Monday morning calls since the only day they will be closed is Sunday.

I just wonder what implications it might have on MFs... (the bottom line is always about money... right?)

I think its only a matter of time before MS is open to 9PM M-F during the week, especially if they open a California DVC.

So much for the extended hours, just called MS and they closed this evening at 7pm

Just called a few minutes ago and booked BWV for May.

I was wrong, just called back and MS answered. Don't know why I got the message they closed at 7pm the first time. Guess I'm just having a bad day.
