My ressies didn't go so well. I booked using some of my VWL and BCV points. MS borrowed into my 2005 points with 2004 points remaining, after I told her several times to use the 2004 points first. After she booked she said sorry, once the points are borrowed you can't put them back. I told her I never borrowed them that I told her to use the 2004 points. She then put me on hold for 20 min. I got tired of holding and hung up. It's not a huge problem because I'll end up using the points in 2005 from 2004, but if my trip gets cancelled then there goes the points.

I hope this doesn't happen to anybody else!
Next time I'll tell them how to use my points before giving them the dates so hopefully this won't happen again!

the problem can be reversed.
Once a cm banked 500 pts. of mine and when I asked for the recorded tapes to be checked She was quickly able to reverse the process.use the email process to explain what you had required, giving cm's name and date of transaction.

You should not have hung up!! Call back and see if they will correct this for you. They should because it was not your fault. Keep in mind she was probably trying to figure out with the help of someone how to undo her error, when you hung up. I am in a 3 month mulitple call frustration over a cash rebate my credit card company said they would give me and haven't. Most of the people I talk with have no idea what they are doing regarding this matter. They usually could care less about solving it also, they probably at a phone bank somewhere. This is life today.

My prep period was over and the thought of 25 8th graders unattended made me a little nervous! :scared1: I'll try and fix it today, if not I'll be using them in April 2005:teeth:

Disappointing to hear stories like this from time to time. Every CM I've booked with automatically tells me that they will use any banked points first, then current use year, then borrow if need be. I don't know why this MS rep decided to borrow when you have 2004 points left unused.

And to tell you...oops, it's too late to change now! Well, if it all happened during the course of one phone call, that's baloney. It's not like you called back and changed your mind. Like I said, disappointing. But I'm sure if you call back and remain firm, they'll work with you to fix their error.

Good luck!

Sorry you had a problem.

Just posting to remind you that MS is open later on Thursdays if you don't think you will have time to call them during school hours. God bless you for doing the work you do!

Best wishes -

You don't say the time period you were trying to book. Were you booking within the 7 mos window? If you were trying to book BCV at the 11 mos. window then she would have been correct to borrow from the next year. You would have had to wait until the 7 mos window to book BCV with WVL points.
