MS is great!!

Called MS yesterday looking to change to a 2bdrm for the last 2 days of our trip in Sept...we are booked in a studio but at the last minute our best friends decided to come with us as we are celebrating our anniversey...well MS changed our studio to a standard view and put us on the wait list for a standard 2 bdr for the last 2 days...haven't told anyone yet saving it for a surprise if we get it....the CM I talked to was the best one yet and I don't remember her name Jordan? I think but we had a great time talking about DW and laughing ...I have to say that MS is really helpful and I will book my PS's thru them when the time comes....we are all so lucky to have the VC and this wonderful forum and all the info it provides...Have a Disney Day everybody.....Marianne

Have a great trip Marianne! We won't be going back until probably September of 2002 (boo-hoo) but my baby will be here by then and that will make the wait totally worthwhile!

I agree Marianne. MS has been of the best experiences with DVC so far. They are very attentive and accomodating. I enjoy booking the vacations as much as going on them. LOL! [/B]

As a relatively new DVC owner, I've only had a few calls to MS. They have always been very helpful and courteous. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. Always got off the phone feeling that they didn't want me to hang up until they were sure that all my questions were answered. I'm very pleased.
