MS gives outstanding service

In the last two months I called member services many times for our holiday trip. I have to say 95% of the time I am going to give A solid 5 in the feedback survey.

One CM really gave me some good guidance and making our plans for that I went out of my way to speak with a manager and celebrate their dedication to my membership.

In all of our concerns over my magic fast passes this Thanksgiving I am grateful accompany it still care about its customers!
 
Except for wait times, I have been very happy with my calls to MS recently, too!:goodvibes
 
My first call for service was phenomenal. I reached out to management to commend her too.

Have found a whole gamut of CMs - some help, some are just happy to do what you ask without making any suggestions and others ... luckily the 'others' are not as plentiful. :rolleyes2
