MS gave me a scare...

I called to make our annual June trip to WDW yesterday and gave the CM my DVC accnt. # when he asked. He then asked for my name and I provided that. He then asked for my travel dates, and after I gave him the dates he asked, "will that be for your home resort of BWV?" I told him that would be a problem since my home resort is BCV. He then verified my name again and then verified my address. He then gave the impression that he found my account.

I would have thought that when I gave my account number, that the system would have automatically pulled up my account?!?!?

I later thought that he was just being clever in verifying all my information... but then I thought that only made the system look faulty.

I can't wait to get my confirmation letter...

From all the negative posts about our beautiful "Home" maybe I should have just rolled with it. LOL

It sounds like he just mis-spoke. They handle so many calls in a day, maybe the person before you was a BWV owner. Of course the part that strikes me is if it is for next June, you couldn't make a reservation at anywhere but your home resort.
