Tony -BTW, Thanks for asking and sharing the news. It never hurts to ask. Sorry you feel flamed. I really think that I was the one the flame was meant for, but I'd be happy to share. Wow. My first flaming. And it seemed like such an innocent question. (Sorry, I do have a bit of an attittude today. I'll have to work on that.)

Sadly, this is not my first flame, although it may be the first flame I actually DIDN'T deserve! See my latest poll to determine if I did deserve it!

I will gladly share the flame with you. As you probably know by lighting one candle off another.... A flame shared is not a flame diminished, we can both enjoy full flame together!

I think I would be taken aback if a customer called me at work and wanted to know what an employee meeting was about. They probably are not supposed to say.

Hmmm. Aren't we owners? Don't our fees pay for MS? While I certainly wouldn't expect or demand an answer, I don't think it's improper for a time-share owner to ask about a time-share meeting....

I'm sorry, I did not intend it as a flame. It was just my first reaction to reading this thread. I just pictured someone calling me at working asking questions about an employee meeting, which I consider confidential. I didn't think of the DVC owner side of things. If they were not told to keep it confidential, I guess they are free to pass out the word.

No, for an insurance company. I work with agents and usually we are not supposed to release information before our home office sends it to them formally. Agents do sometimes call me when they hear about something going on (like a top executive change) and I have to be careful what I say.

ha ha! i work for an insurance company too - no wonder I immediately identified with what you were saying!! although my experience with MS and DVC members is that usually a leak gets out with no harm, no foul!

Deb - Sorry, I did not get a chance to reply earlier. No harm done. Just caught me a little off guard. If that's the worst flame I ever get, I'm on easy street. With the day I was having, it really just added some fun! Thanks for clarifying, though!
