Anyone else getting a busy signal when calling MS this morning?

I have been calling since 9 - did they give everyone the day off?

Every one is calling ms this morn to book ms cruises on the dream. On another thread it is busy and wait time is 40 plus min to get thru

I'm in Bradenton, FL and my sister is in NY and we are both getting busy signals.

We tried since 8 and just got confirmed for the member's cruise about 20 minutes ago! Worth it!

MS is only taking calls to book the Member's Cruise and the wait can be a hour or more.

So MS is NOT taking calls to book rooms today? Our 11th month window opened today and I haven't had any luck getting through. I should just wait until tomorrow then to book our WDW stay? TIA

Information about booking a cruise today is on the Member website in the Latest News section. Website access is very slow and will probably get worse as the day goes on.

Booking availability is posted with a 20 minute delay and the current wait time is 50 minutes.

Finally got through to the recording. No other bookings today. Just member cruise reservations for today.

Please Note:
On Sunday, December 11, 2011, Member Services transactions will be limited to:
Reservations for each S.S. Member Cruise
Reservations for stays that will occur between Sunday, December 11 and Tuesday December 13.
Member Services will be happy to fulfill any other requests on Monday, December 12, 2011.

But the problem if you get through to MS it could be a 30+ minute wait.

We have a reservation to book starting tomorrow, so we'll be all trying to reach MS at 9:00 am EST. to all of us tomorrow and everyone trying book a cruise today!
