MS Busy signal

Is anyone getting through to MS today? I startwed calling at 1 and for the last 5 minutes all I am getting is a busy signal???

Still not able to get through. I connected once then after I got the menu thinking me for calling MS I pressed 1 and it rang. after 5 rings I got the busy signal again. Anyone gotten through yet?

What's going on with MS? I have finally gotton through after dialing straight for the last 20 minutes. Now I am getting my wait time can be up to 15 minutes???

Anytime I have called on Saturday there's been a long wait, one time was 30 minutes. I don't think they have a full staff on Saturday.

We're coming into the busiest booking time for MS. Every year they warn the beginning of the year is especially busy. The reason -- people get together with friends and family over Christmas and decide what vacations to book for the upcoming year. Of course, January is also the 11th month window for booking the popular Thanksgiving-NYE reservations for 2008. The busy signal will probably be fairly common for the next month or two.

I called Friday for our annual Thanksgiving trip, right at 9 got right through. Last year I called on a Saturday and was on hold for 20-25 minutes. This time of year for Thanksgiving through NYE bookings are always a busy time at MS.

I got through, but am still on hold. Oh well, I'd rather sit on hold than clean my house, so I'll wait it out! LOL!!
