MS books on clearance at Michael's

I don't know if this is news or not, but yesterday I was in M's for adhesive and I saw the MS scrapbooks in 8.5 x 11 on clearance. I chose a pretty ivory book and it was marked $12 but when the salesperson rang it up it was only $9! For $9 it's an awfully nice book!

a LOT of the Martha stuff is on clearance at my Michael's.

Also, my Walmart started TODAY setting up a Martha section in their scrapbook aisle.............wonder what that will do to Michael's.

I wonder how the prices will compare?

I forgot to post this earlier, but the store nearest me, dark!!!! I can't even really see the Jolee's stuff, it's so dark. The Big M's in Manchester is nice and bright but the other, wow.

Are y'alls stores like this too?

The M's nearest me is very dark too. I started going to the new one that's a little farther away but is so much nicer - bright and big.

Talk about expensive, I just ordered a CM album with one extra pack of pages and two packs of protectors and nearly fell off my chair when my CMC e-mailed me the price I haven't bought a CM album in so long that I could not believe it. Worst of all, I still have 4 old style 12x12 albums so I have to now go through all those and figure out how many packs of pages and protectors to order to finish them. ugh.

they raised the price earlier this year I think. They are expensive but I have found that my other albums are just not holding up like the CM ones. Especially the WDW ones.
