Mrs. Prindables Apples

I love these and have only ever had the really big ones. I see on QVC site there is a 24 treat size order for $31.12 + tax & shipping. I was thinking of telling my DH to get for his staff at his store. Has anyone ever that the treat size? Are they realllllly small? They are individually wrapped and I just thought it would be something small he could give to his associates as a thank you and even adding tax and shipping it would be less than $2.00 an apple. I am sure he is going to axe the idea as money is really tight for us right now, but I wanted to get other thoughts on it.

I haven't ordered the treat size ones before, but QVC does a community forum on their website with a message board, I bet you could search that and find something about them. HTH!
PS I think it's a great idea.

Well that was a great idea! I had no idea QVC had message boards, I have to tell my mom as she is a QVC junkie LOL!

Anyway, I did and on the 1st page someone had a topic about these very apples. Only 1 person responded that she did not care for them, but I still think this a nice idea. I did a quick search for other Mrs. Prindables topics and the general census is that everyone loves them. So I will just chalk that up as 1 bad apple in the bunch.

I am going to tell DH about them, and then I thought about picking up the other special they have, its 2 large and 3 "individual" size (not sure if that is the same as the treat ones) for $35.92 shipped. I thought maybe I could attach it to the gift we will be giving DS teachers for Christmas. Kinda a different spin on an apple for the teacher!

I was looking on the Mrs Prindables website yesterday. They have a 4pk, and they list it as 2 lbs, so that's 8 oz per apple. Granted, that takes into account the toppings and such. I would say the actual apple would be at least as big as the ones at the grocery store that come in the bags, so maybe about the size of a baseball???

We love Mrs. Prindable's Apples. I have never tried the petite or treat size. I just got her catalogue in the mail yesterday. You may want to try their website: www. mrsprindables.com . I believe they have a whole Business gift division.
