Okay, so I got back the results from my MRI that I had this past Friday. Doc said there is something there in bone and soft tissue of my right leg (just above my knee), and she is sending me off to a specialist 2 hours south of home. What a kick to the gut, especially when I researched the doctor on the internet, and found out that he specializes in joint replacement and orthopedic oncology. All my will power has flown out the window, I am an emotional eater, and this has just thrown me all out of whack. Argh, I just want to feel better!!!!

Don't give in to the need to find comfort in food. You know that will not help and you have come along so far.

I know that this might be easier said than done. Try to focus on anything else. Make your glad journal.
I am sending positive thoughts, energy and prayers your way that things will not be as bad as you fear.

Sending you some hugs and pixie dust ... I know what you mean about being an emotional eater ... but trust me, it will only make you feel worse. Everytime you want to eat something due to stress, have a glass of water. Then you'll be spending so much time heading for the bathroom you'll forget about wanting to eat ;)

Oh no! :(

I'm so sorry you are feeling down. The first thing I thought when I read your post was THANK GOD you went for the MRI and that you are being sent to a specialist! I am so happy you are listening to your body and that you thought to see your Dr. Alot of people would have probably put it off. Please try not to get too upset thinking "What if", wait until you see the specialist to find out what could be going on. Meanwhile, EAT HEALTHY, drink lots of water and try to stay positive!!!!!!!!!!

We're all here for you. You have done a great job on your weight loss, and I know you would love to be exercising more. Taking a break from exercise is not going to set you back at all! Just go see the specialist and find out what he/she thinks the deal is. Hopefully it's not as bad as what you could imagine it could be. Please know that you are a very strong person and you can pull through this, I just know you can! Don't turn to food for comfort!!! You will just feel worse later on.

Take some quiet time to think of the blessings in your life. Get refocused, find something inspirational to read. I'm sure you will be ok soon and feeling back to your normal Tiggery self!!!
