Mr Potato Head?

Hi everyone,
I'm wondering, is there anywhere in the Disneyland Resort where you can build your own Mr. Potato head, like you can at the Once Upon a Toy store in Downtown Disney in WDW? Thanks!!!

They have several Star Wars potato heads in the TSMM store, but not the parts separately.
