39 more days!

We only booked about 50 days ago but it has been torture! I have almost everything ready for the christmas surprise. Balloons, count down calendar, magnet making kits, shirts. It should be awesome!
As this is our first cruise I added the fe water shoes, pirate costumes, and am interested in the magnet what's in your kit
Can't wait to tell them Saturday![]()
I love that some of you are keeping the cruise a Christmas surprise... we did that last year. We packed and gift wrapped (in Disney paper)a box in a box in a box etc... the biggest box was a washer box!! It was taller that my girls!! We added small clues in each layer... nautical themed rubber duckies, notepads with anchors on them, sunscreen and lots of stuff that would give a small hint. in the last box we had a Mickey and Minnie doll with a a letter that said "Pack your bags... you are headed to Disneyland AND then the Mexican Riviera aboard the Disney Wonder!!" My kids were so shocked. I cried like a baby![]()
Cruise docs came in the mail today
Merry Christmas to me!
And Merry Christmas to all of you.Hope Santa is good to you

Congrats to those doing the cruise doc. dance
I finally completed our online check in yesterday and printed out our docs. so we're dancing too
I just need to get us a hotel since we're coming in either late Thursday or early Friday, haven't decided that yet
I'm so excited
We also book Las Caletas (sp?) Has anyone else done this before? I'm not a water park person but hoping my son will have a good time
Same here, got the DCL Cruise Booklet today. All is set to go for my family--Air-check; transportation-check; excursions-check etc... Hoping that the weather in Toronto will be nice when we leave on the 29thJan2012. So far I have not seen a drop of snow and wondering that Mother Nature might be reserving it for a full blast in Jan.2012. Hope noooottttttt.
Happy Holidays to all!!!!

Are you flying in the day of the cruise? I hope the weather is good for you and all goes well. We are flying from Northern Alberta the day before, so we have 30 hours "just in case". We haven't really had winter yet here... +4 C and rain... Usually -20 and 2 meters of snow. I just bet Murphy's law will mean we get winter BIG time @ January 26!!
We are at the Doubletree for one night. There is a shuttle to port but if it looks too busy we will get a cab.
Yes, we're flying on the day of the cruise. We are expected to arrive in LA at 10:40am if all goes well. We're taking the super shuttle to the port. As I mentioned, Toronto has not experience a drop of snow as of Christmas Eve which is unlikely but hoping weather won't give it a blast of white stuff on the day that we leave.
