Two weeks ago I got an e-mail message that my PM box was full. I pulled up your instructions, printed them out, followed them to the letter and WaLa! All was fine. Since that time I have recieved 3 more PM's which I immediately deleted, but I'm still getting the full box message, even though it says I have no messages. Is there something I should be doing with files or something? As usual, I'm all confused again. Can you help me out. Thanks, you're always the best.

Unfortunately, this is one of the things that I can't do for you. All I can say is that you may want to check your quota meter and see what it is at. If it's at 100% or even close, you didn't remove everything that you can. Make sure each setting for each folder is at "the beginning".
