Ok - let me start this post off by saying how the heck do you know you dog's birthday?????? I have to think long and hard to even come up with how old my cat is. Man, dog people slay me (sorry to cadsmom and all you other dog people).... I guess I will say Happy Birthday Beast's dog!!!!!


Anyways, I am less panicked/insane/basically crazed this week and seem to be getting back into a rythm, but I also think I may be psychologically blocking how much working this time is bothering me. Here's why: I had to work late last night and didn;t get home until 7 and then this morning I had to leave at 6:30 am to go to an early meeting. But both these events haven't made me break down and cry yet. But they should have because - IT SUCKS!!!! Since my last maternity leave I have risen to a higher executive level and now am expected to be even more superhuman in my time committments. Here's the kicker, I am the only - THE ONLY - woman in my field and all meetings I attend and the people I work with - the executives - are all men. No sympathy there.

DHB - I totally loathe - LOATHE - car salesmen. You know what I do? I go in with my super financial calculator in hand - that way they know I am not a blond bimbo right from the start - I have written down on a piece of paper, that I inadvertantly let them see - the invoice prices and option invoice prices of the car plus destination fees. And I have the blue book print out for my car as a trade in. The last car dealer I dealt with handed me over to the finance guy in the dealership right from the start, right after I test drive the car prior to me even saying I wanted to even start talking - he didn't even pretend to jerk me around prior to sending me there. Normally you will sit for hours with the salesman, and he will continually run to the back to talk to his "manager". NO thanks - put me in front of the guy who makes the decisions.

This has stunk this go round. Last time we bought a car it was a Saturn and that is a great way to buy a car. There's some room for negotiation, but you essentially get what they say which is normally a good deal.

Yep I am on one of the committee chairs for all night grad and need to be a graduation at 7:30 pm - 10ish then grad night party from 10:30 pm till 5:30 am then the truck comes and loads our stuff at 7 am. IF I have any of my beautiful blonde hair left(which I paid good money for) , I will be totally amazed. So you see, I must get frazzled in order to get prepared! I have to get myself organized. Sam wants an Open House for graduation. so do you think any of the three friends she doing it with offered their homes????? NOOOOOOO It has to be at mine. I think I should make some begging phone calls and give them the straight scoop! Maybe they will feel sorry for me!! hehe

When I was little I used to take those birds and do a whole little routine with my cat where I would make a big show of putting it in a box and proudly carrying it outside with her at my side (this is a different cat than I own now - my cat now is mean and terrible - that cat was cool) and we would go and burry it together.

Hmmm maybe, I should have rolled my eyes at cat people.......

Did I tell ya the cat story?

She went to my Dad's while we went to St Louis.. she loves my Dad ( remember this is his cat) and she was very happy there. We thought that she would be happy to come back to our house. But we were wrong.. She didn't want to get in the carrier. We have never had so much problems with her not getting into the carrier.. Well we got home with her on Sunday, and she basically is not speaking to us. She is bitey girl too. Not very happy!!! Yep, we had everything printed out before going to the dealership, too. Good thing about Honda is that they don't have a ton of options. Less stupid stuff that I don't need. Oh, and the first night, the salesguy went back to "talk to his manager" & when he got back, Jody told him we were going home to think about it. When we got home, the manager called & Jody told him if the guy he was dealing with was going to have to go talk to someone else, then he was obviously talking to the wrong person. LOL! He loved the 3.5 hour negotiation the next night, though. He is such a dork. Oh well, I got my car & we got it for a good price & they gave us more for our car than we deserved. I's happy.

You are a month early for NC Beast's b-day (June 8). He has been singing to the dog off and on all day (plus he wanted an excuse for eating cake).
We did not buy our dog a gift yet.

We know her birthday because its listed on her adoption papers. We also know that Jessie has at least 1 sister, Daisy, who was adopted by another family minutes before we held Jessie for the first time.

hiii!!

well, today wasn't my best meet. I got 2nd in the high jump, but I SHOULD have won but I was DEAD tired after my 400{i won!} so my legs were tired and I had to go RIGHT when I finished so I wasn't happy. My relay got 2nd too. My leg hurts a little but not that bad. Ah i'm so mad! I brought my camera, but I forgot the memory card in the computer!!! I was mad. But wow. I really think that Nick likes me. He didn't say anything but Hannah{i think she doesn't like me because apparently she likes him A LOT} was like mashing him and my name was on there 5 times{the the marraige} then she was writing hearts on his arm and he put in my name. Then I was joking{before all this} when I asked who he liked{that's all me, rachelle, pat, and nick did the whole bus ride, it was SO funny!} and Hannah was like, "Oh, I know, but it's not me...just to tell you..." and she was looking at me when she said it then rachelle was like, "I bet it's caroline" and nick just sorta smiled and I was like, "Come on nick, if you like me just ask me out!" and i was laughing cause I was joking{since obviously i like pat} and he just smiled again and Hannah kept saying that to him, "Yeah nick, just ask her out..." sooo it was a little sketchy and so I don't know. But we tried to get it out of Pat and he said, "I don't know who I like yet" which is really sad. They never asked me though, because he was stuck on rachelle forever! Which was good. But rachelle practically yelled out i like him! She was like, "Pat, caroline li.." and i hit her so she stopped. Then at the end, she was behind me getting off the bus and he was behind her, and she was like, "Pat would you ask caroline out?" and he was like, "for real?" and when she said yes, he said something else but i couldn't hear because stupid emma started talking to me!!! Oh my, if I didn't like pat i think i'd like silas. He is SO hot. His hair is the hottest EVER. I really need a picture of him. We spent like the WHOLE meet together{but on the bus rides emma like grabbed him and was like, "oh my gosh like sit with me!" so that was stupid, he told me he was going to sit next to me and so he gave me like this half smile like, "i'm sorry, what am i going to do?!"} and he's SO cute. Him and nick would always come up to me before my jumps/race. Hahaha they got in SO much trouble before my 400 because they walked up and was like, "Oh my gosh you're going to do so good you're going to win so bad!!" and stuff like that and giving me high-fives and then nick was doing that thing where you shake hands and then have the hug...and the guys in charge were like, "HEY YOU TWO BOYS! YOU DON'T LOOK LIKE SENIOR GIRLS TO ME! GET OFF THE TRACK!" and it was so funny!

Oh and before the meet me and rachelle went to see mr. w! Oh my gosh he looks SOO FUNNY! His hair is like long{not like long, but it used to be close to his head} and it like parts on his forhead and he has a whole beard instead of a goatee...oh my gosh I about DIED laughing. And then hahaha he had my letter up on his board{he has like 3 things up there, my letter, this shirt that says "hi, i'm ward and i like camp kieve" and then this picture of mr. pearly{hahaha i have NO clue why. oh, that's the vp} and I like took the letter because i was mad when I wrote it and i didn't like it up there and he was like, "Dude no, that's my prize posession, dude you can't take that, no way man!" and so rachelle was like, "she'll give it back for a hug" and i gave her this look like, "you loser!!" so he hugged me for like EVER and then i gave it back...he was like, "Dude i'm so glad you came to see me man, i thought we wouldn't see each other again and seriously man, my heart broke in two." and he wasn't even doing his silly grin like he usually does when he's joking. So that was sweet. Then he walked me back out front and we left for the meet. I'm glad he wasn't mad at me. Though I'm still mad at him, it's okay...he sorta redeemed him self today cause he was way cool to me. Rachelle is way in love with him and she TOLD mr. dinehart i thought he was, "super fine" and he was like, "OHH! {my last name} HAS THE HOTTS FOR WILLLLLIS!" and he was like, "I'm going to tell that mullethead{no idea why he calls him that } you think he's fine tomorrow" and so now i'm going to die if he does because he's SO ugly!

Anyway. It was an uneventful day. Nothing on Pat except we spent a while together and talked about stuff he's so cuuuute! I gave him some goldfish after nick asked for some and he was like, "I'll give you a hug if i can have some!" so i gave him a hug. Then I lent him 1.25 so he could get a hotdog and he hugged me again and said, "Caroline i love you, you rock, you're so awesome!" sigh. I like him alot. OH hmm..this is interestttting! I just rememberd this! After rachelle asked pat if he would ask me out, nick came off the bus after those two and he was like{in this sad voice which also makes me think he likes me}, "So you're going out with pat?" so maybe pat said he would ask me out!

today and yesterday were SO fun!!

yesterday, the funniest things that happened....

in history, steven busted a pen!! we had a sub, so after we finished our work, we didnt do much. ok, we just acted crazy!! when the pen busted, stupid me let luke give me a "tattoo"!! it was supposed to say "i love matt", lol, but he messed it up!! it was SO funny!! cardarrell talked to me a lot too!! and OMG he kissed my elbow!! that was kinda odd. but he was messing around. he's just crazy like that. i talked to shady and cardarrell and steven a lot, then heather and i went out to the gym. coach brasher was out there, lol!! so we talked to him and the boys that had PE at that time{none of the girls talked to us}. it was crazy, lol!! and EVERYONE was asking me what was on my arm!! it wasnt just on a little bit, it covered my ENTIRE right arm!! but it was SO funny. luke was really nice yesterday!!

matt had brought a video camera to school. so he was taping everything. then he got me on it!! and heather!! it was SO crazy!! when he got home{he told me this on the phone}, he played it and his mom watched it with him. when it showed me, he said "that's my girlfriend, ashton." and his mom said "wow, she's PRETTY!! she's really pretty!! prettier than all the others!! how'd you get her?!?!" and matt was like "cameron talked to her for me!! thanks a lot though mom." LOL!! and his mom was like "oh, that explains it!!" that's so funny!! he also told me that everyone's always telling him and cameron that they have the prettiest girlfriends!! aawww!! that's sweet!! he's gonna teach me to play guitar, at least that's what he says, lol!!

and oh yeah, here's something i find hilarious!! yesterday, alexandra walked over to matt and simply said "i dont like your girlfriend." and he was kinda like omg what a retard, and he said "she doesnt like you either." and she just got really mad and walked off!!

today was crazy!!

this morning i got to school late. well, almost late. when i walked up to my locker, people were already going to homeroom. but matt was talking to mrs w, and her room is very near my locker. so he followed me to my locker, lol, i didnt even notice him when i got to the top of the stairs!! we talked for a few minutes, then he took my bag, lol!! he said he was gonna wear it around all day, lol!! he said its cool, lol!! he's so crazy!! so i let him carry it until PE.

in homeroom i talked to jessie and greg and nathan. in biology, i talked to heather and steven. at my locker, i talked to matt of course, lol!! then in algebra, i talked to heather and steven.

at my locker, i talked to matt and cameron and heather. mrs w is supposedly jealous of me now, lol!! she said that matt doesnt talk to her as much now that he goes out with me!! he said "well i cant flirt with everybody at the same time!!" lol!! he's so crazy.

in PE, heather and i played stupid games, then we all played{all of us being heather, me, kirstie, yardley, jessie, becky, heather v, and kristal} dodgeball!! coach landers wasnt here, we had a sub. then i saw carlie{the twins, carlie and madison, remember them??} crying!! i walked over to her and sat beside her on the bleachers. i asked her what was wrong and she said that someone was making fun of her. i asked who, and she told me "the girl in the stripes." but three girls were wearing stripes, so i didnt know which one. i made sure she was ok, and then she went to mrs maddox. at the end of class, while everyone else was dressing in, i went to check on her. they were in their roll call lines. when i walked up, she was trying to stop crying, and she told some girl "leave me alone please!!" and i said "who's messing with you??" and she pointed to this evil looking little brat beside her. i looked at her, and she was smiling, like she was proud of herself for making carlie cry. i said "you know what, i think you need to leave her alone." and she said "well she cant catch a ball!!" and i said "ive seen her play basketball, i KNOW carlie can catch, but i think you should leave her alone. you have NO reason to be picking on her and you definately have no right to make her cry, so i suggest you leave her alone NOW." and she shut up. little brat, she will NOT make my friends cry!! i love carlie!! stupid striped girl, making my twin cry. ill beat her up!!

in study hall, i didnt see matt. but it didnt really bother me, i just figured he was talking to his friends or something. well no, he was getting written up. apparently some little kid flipped him off and cussed at him, and he was gonna go fight him, and dr brown told matt to stay where he was and they argued and matt, just being crazy, lol, said "well you have a stupid haircut!!" and went and sat down. dr brown wrote him up. that's HILARIOUS!!!!!!! anyways, after heather and i got cookies, we were walking past the library, and i saw mrs bryant{vice principal} walking out of the main building, and someone was with her. they were going to OSCAR. i looked to see who it was.....it was matt. i looked at him like 'what did you do and why are you so mad??' and he just kinda raised his eyebrows at me and kept walking, he couldnt talk to me. he was mad. no, mad is an UNDERSTATEMENT. matt was pissed. heather and i kept walking, and we were trying to fgiure out what he might have done to get OSCAR. i knew he probably smarted off to a teacher. but then again, it kinda made me mad that he didnt even really look at me, much less give me an expression like 'hey' or whatever!! oh well.

anyways.....in english, we took a big test. i made around a 90. oh well. before class, i asked cameron what matt did, and he told me. during class, i talked to shady, steven, and greg at first, and cardarrell was, like, staring at me!! it was kinda freaky, lol!! but i paid him no mind. at lunch, heather and i talked a LOT. when the OSCAR people came in, i looked at matt when he walked in, but when he looked up towards me, i looked at matt aycock because everyone was like "jessie, its matt aycock!!" lol!! i didnt look at my matt the whole time he was standing there. but i did look at matt aycock, which he probably saw and got mad about. but i was talking about matt ayock, thats why i was looking at him!! i was telling jessie little things about him that i found out when i liked him. christina was like "why's matt in OSCAR??" and i said "which one??" and she said "your matt." and i laughed and said "he told mr brown he has an ugly haircut..." and greg about died laughing!!! it was SO funny, everyone thought it was SO hilarious. then the OSCAR people left. then heather and i went to get an ice cream right as cameron and matt's class was coming in.{but of course matt was in OSCAR.} when we walked inside, coty and justin walked in behind us. coty looked at me and out of being polite, i smiled. he said "your boyfriend got OSCAR." and i smiled and kinda laughed. i said "i heard..." OMG he talked to me, lol!! i miss his sweet little self talking to me!!

in history, it was fun, lol!!! cardarrell is SO crazy!! shady and steven talked to me, along with cardarrell. then heather and i decided that we wanted to go to the gym. and WOOHOO coach let us!! when we got out there, we just played around with little kids and stuff. then, after everyone left, heather, cameron, mark, and i stuck around. mark had already been messing with me, so we were kinda playing basketball!! it was SO fun!! he would keep coming up behind me and stealing the ball from me!! it was really fun. he was all over me trying to steal the ball!! {yeah, it would have probably made matt way mad, but he knows i like HIM, and mark goes out with colbi anyways.} then we were all playing dodgeball. i had THE opportunity to hit mark, and i did by gosh!! it was great!! he looked at me, smiled, and said "oh, its on now, its on!!" lol!! it was SO insanely fun!! then we finally left{actually, heather left me, and cameron was RIGHT behind her, so mark and i left.....it would have been kinda odd for both of us to be in there alone...} and mark went with colbi and cameron was RIGHT with heather, so i was back to being alone, lol!! i walked between marcus's and matt aycock's conversation, lol!! he's finally out of OSCAR!! jessie's insanely excited!! lol!! anyways, in keyboarding, i talked to heather and jessie and becky mostly, and we watched luke type{he types insanely fast!!}. then shady came over to talk to us. he was trying to get between my and becky's chairs, and then jessie's and heather's chairs!! so we trapped him and we started tickling him, lol, it was so funny!!! he's crazy!! we got him good too, lol!!

We spent like the WHOLE meet together{but on the bus rides emma like grabbed him and was like, "oh my gosh like sit with me!" so that was stupid, he told me he was going to sit next to me and so he gave me like this half smile like, "i'm sorry, what am i going to do?!"} and he's SO cute. Him and nick would always come up to me before my jumps/race. Hahaha they got in SO much trouble before my 400 because they walked up and was like, "Oh my gosh you're going to do so good you're going to win so bad!!" and stuff like that and giving me high-fives and then nick was doing that thing where you shake hands and then have the hug...and the guys in charge were like, "HEY YOU TWO BOYS! YOU DON'T LOOK LIKE SENIOR GIRLS TO ME! GET OFF THE TRACK!" and it was so funny!

Oh and before the meet me and rachelle went to see mr. w! Oh my gosh he looks SOO FUNNY! His hair is like long{not like long, but it used to be close to his head} and it like parts on his forhead and he has a whole beard instead of a goatee...oh my gosh I about DIED laughing. And then hahaha he had my letter up on his board{he has like 3 things up there, my letter, this shirt that says "hi, i'm ward and i like camp kieve" and then this picture of mr. pearly{hahaha i have NO clue why. oh, that's the vp} and I like took the letter because i was mad when I wrote it and i didn't like it up there and he was like, "Dude no, that's my prize posession, dude you can't take that, no way man!" and so rachelle was like, "she'll give it back for a hug" and i gave her this look like, "you loser!!" so he hugged me for like EVER and then i gave it back...he was like, "Dude i'm so glad you came to see me man, i thought we wouldn't see each other again and seriously man, my heart broke in two." and he wasn't even doing his silly grin like he usually does when he's joking. So that was sweet. Then he walked me back out front and we left for the meet. I'm glad he wasn't mad at me. Though I'm still mad at him, it's okay...he sorta redeemed him self today cause he was way cool to me. Rachelle is way in love with him and she TOLD mr. dinehart i thought he was, "super fine" and he was like, "OHH! {my last name} HAS THE HOTTS FOR WILLLLLIS!" and he was like, "I'm going to tell that mullethead{no idea why he calls him that } you think he's fine tomorrow" and so now i'm going to die if he does because he's SO ugly!

Anyway. It was an uneventful day. Nothing on Pat except we spent a while together and talked about stuff he's so cuuuute! I gave him some goldfish after nick asked for some and he was like, "I'll give you a hug if i can have some!" so i gave him a hug. Then I lent him 1.25 so he could get a hotdog and he hugged me again and said, "Caroline i love you, you rock, you're so awesome!" sigh. I like him alot. OH hmm..this is interestttting! I just rememberd this! After rachelle asked pat if he would ask me out, nick came off the bus after those two and he was like{in this sad voice which also makes me think he likes me}, "So you're going out with pat?" so maybe pat said he would ask me out!

wasnt my best, blah blah blah, you always rock!! i wish i was as good as you!!i think you should go out with nick{sorry to chandler, but i liked nick firstest!!!! he's always been my favorite, even though you like pat, i just didnt wanna tell you!!}. he's my favorite. theyre both way funny and from what you say way cute....i need pics of everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! especially this silas....he sounds very interesting!!!

but yes, i like nick bestest, but its not me who's picking!! its you!! so YOU decide who YOU like and let me know!! because from the sounds of it, you have your pick of the two, they both like you!!!! have fun choosing!!

llebrekniT I laughed out loud when you mentioned going for another cruise on my birthday...I had just sent in payment and thought "how the heck did she know that...that girl's got to be psychic!"
