Just need some PD for no more car repairs---had to replace brake pads, rotors, and tomorrow---the headlight switch. I hope we can still get a vacation this year. Good thing that NC Beast had some overtime scheduled.

We worked on the yard and garden yesterday. I learnt that I need to wear gloves...the hard way (blisters in 10 minutes). I was trying to tame the weeds and the grass that were invading our garden.

We are having nice weather.

Isn't just like a car that when 1 thing goes wrong that 6 others follow shortly there after.. PD for the car and vacation..

When you are done, wanna come to my house and battle the weeds that are invading everywhere.. Eric was supposed to pull weeds this weekend but he was way to busy with XBOX and friends..

Geffric--- I'm still working on our weeds. We have a lot still to be pulled from the garden, along the house, deck, driveway, and the front flower beds. I wished that we had extra $ to get the neighbor kids to do the work. NC Beast does some weed pulling everyday. I should do some later...the weather is nice---mid 80's.

I have 3 months until a potential visit from my parents. One of Mom's cousins invited them to stay in a rental house in Sunset Beach in late October/early November. My parents have not decided yet...but, it would be perfect timing with our potential dates for NC Beast's time off/vacation. I just need to convince them to book WDW....

I'm not working today!!!!

I'm leaving my employee all day by herself, because we are going to Pierogi Fest (this is something we go to every year). We have a nice cooler day for it - I'm so excited!!!!


Then tonight I'm going to my DIS friends house for a home party It'll be nice, and I'm looking forward to seeing her and a couple other DISers. Stephanie is really excited because she has a DD her age, and they get alone wonderfully!!!!

These are the type of days I'm bummed out to work, because I love being outside in the pool on these hot days. I love to float, and float, and float some more

I'm so glad today is Friday!!!

Even though I work on Saturday, it's still nice to not have to rush the girls to daycare in the morning. Plus, they like being home with their dad

Well, it's the start of the week I've been dreading

This is my last week of my college employee
I'm going to miss her because I like her alot, and because starting next week I'm back to working 51 hours again I love my store, but I love being home too.

anyway, just a quick hi while my 'puter is backing up..

I don't think I'll do a trip report but we were on teen time, slept late and closed the parks at 1am or 2 am or 3 am..It really is cooler ( weather wise) in the evenings and after the people left we got a lot done but only certain things are open late at night so we still had to do some day time too.

But the main event was FOOD... first time on the DDP and the way 2008 looks it may be the last..

we ate and ate and ate some more..

we ate at Wolfgang Puck Express ( CS) twice, Wolfgang Puck Cafe (TS) once, Concourse Steakhouse, Mexico ( ts) and (CS), Crystal Palace breakfast, Le Cellier, Coral Reef, Kona Cafe, Boma and Ohana. Plus CS in AK - flame tree and tusker house, the Land several times, American at Epcot for the burger boys, Goods to Go at OKW twice, Beaches and Cream and Ghiradelli for sundaes.. and had lots of Dole Pineapple floats. I determined that a Dole Float was a healthy breakfast after all it was pineapple juice . We stopped at the broadwalk bakery for a lovely fruit platter and the best cream cheese brownies, and lots of cinanin rolls and turnovers from the main street bakery to take back to the room for breakfast or late night snack. And I am prob missing a few places we ate too.. but we ate a LOT...

geffric - Everytime I read about the places you eat, I miss WDW so much My goal is to eat everywhere in WDW at least once. I will meet this goal more when the girls are older, and we don't have to do as many character meals. Did you eat at Kona Cafe for breakfast, lunch, or dinner? I love it there, it's one of my favorites!!!!

All of the TS were dinner except CP breakfast.. (because you love breakfast lasgna..I kept thinking about you every time i ate the sweet yummy breakfast lasgna)

My family really liked Kona Cafe and we will be going back there. The meal and the service was excellent.
