Geoff has track meet, then his UN picnic .. So I am going be Mom taxi for the late afternoon...
Is this the second go round for the UN experience or is it a continuation of the experience?
It may sound like a lot of running to you, but it sounds like a lot of fun to me - have a great day and I wish him luck in his meet. I am in a depression not from being away from the ship, but from being away from my kids. I really loved being with them every day for two weeks and now I am sooo missing them during the day.

Catrina is in a really fun stage - ah hell, what stage isn't fun? (well, other than the tantrum stage

)
I am getting myself ready to be able to stay home as soon as my son gets to school age and a little over a year. I just signed on with a great Disney specialist
travel agency, Kingdom Magic Vacations (.com), and will be starting part time as a
travel agent for them to get started on it to have that as what I will be doing when I begin staying home. My friend
antkim, is a travel agent with them, loves it, and asked me to join her. I had actually pointed her in their direction when she was first looking to go back into the field when her kids got a little older and were in school as I thought they were a great agency.
I am very excited as this is a dream job for me. They all think I am nuts to want to leave being a corporate executive, but for me, this is totally a dream job and my job right now is a lot of drudgery. I feel like I do this all day long anyways and I have been planning my friends' trips to WDW for years.
If this goes well, then I have it set up and established for next year when I want to stop working full time here at my current job.
OK, that was a lot of blah, blah, blah from me. Sorry. I am really missing my kids this morning as Catrina was really upset when I dropped her off.
What's everyone going to do this weekend? It may be the first time that we see the sun since we returned back home over a week and a half ago! I am so excited I am having friends over for a cook out!

Seriously, you've seen it on the National news, we are under water up here. My poor brother-in-law just purchased his dream home up in Maine, two days later after they closed he had 2 feet of water in their basement. The house had never had water before, plus they just moved all their random stuff like books to the basement and it is all lost now - made even more tragic since his wife is a poet and professor at BC so books are their lives and livelihood. He hasn't been able to get to work for a week now because the roads washed out. I feel soooo bad for them.
