Humm didnt zune just have some big crash though?
iPod had something similar earlier. And the issue was actually in an embedded component, so it affected another MP3 player, not just the Zune. Plus it lasted only 24 hours -- a very specific 24 hours (the last day of a year that has leap day) -- and fixed itself. You can't ask for much more than that.
Whats the best part of a zune?
Personally, it is the subscription service, that I had mentioned earlier. $15 per month and you can download practically
whatever music you want, and
as much as you want. (Plus, you get ten DRM-free MP3s, on top of that.)
I see them all the time and to me they just look like a ipod offshoot.
Not any more than any competitor is any other competitor's off-shoot.
Zunes are also
wireless devices. You can synch wirelessly (instead of hooking your device up to your computer). You can also "squirt" songs between Zunes. You can also download from the Zune Marketplace, directly, via your wireless connection.
Zune also has an
FM radio with RDS. RDS, on Zune, allows you to hear a song on the radio and tag it for download from Zune Marketplace, next time you synch. And if your Zune currently has wireless access, you can simply download the song at the very moment you hear it on the radio, using the direct wireless download feature I mentioned above.
Zune also has
Zune Social, a social networking service focused on the Zune. You can get matched up with other Zune users, based on similar tastes, get recommendations, etc.
Will it be easy if i get a zune or somthing like it to tranfer all my music from Itunes? I have alot of music
Absolutely. No problem whatsoever, as long as the songs aren't restricted to your current device.
