Moving up after CP?

Hello, question for those who are close to or have complete the college program. Is there life at Disney after the CP? Meaning is there chance to be hired on in a higher position or continue to work in your current one? If I end up loving my experience there, I like to continue working for Disney. Thanks in advance.

Yup, there is. I am currently seasonal in my role from my last CP. I hope to go FT once I graduate. I just love Disney.

Unfortunately, if you are single you have to find your own housing.

You can also do Professional Internships right after your CP. It actually might be easier to get a PI while your on your CP since you'll be down there and can network with various leaders who can hire you. Then, you can go up from there!

The possibilities are endless! Disney is such a big company covering ALL aspects of the entertainment/guest relations industry... and even other things, such as art, merchandise, food--the only way to go is up! You most definitely can work at Disney after your CP. I have a couple of friends who decided to do that. After their program, they got apartments and they work there now. It's what I plan on doing after my CP in Fall 2008 (if I get in)!
