Moving statue people

Do the moving statues still perform in Epcot? I can't remember the exact country (france or italy i think) I saw them last...

We saw them in Italy last month. One of the highlights of our day at Epcot.
After posing for a pic with the statue, my kids started to walk away, but the statue had ahold of dd's ponytail and didn't let go. She found this to be unbelievably funny.
