Moving Sept 2020 package to May 2021

Asking for my sister and seen a few conflicting responses, sorry if this is redundant. She’s decided to delay her Sept trip to May, is that something she is able to do today over the phone? Secondarily, does anyone know if they are honoring the 35% recovery offer if it’s moved?

Thanks so much. I’ve been laser focused trying to understand all the dates and rules for my August trip that’s a go a feel like a lot of info slipped under my radar.

We are in the same boat. I saw a post earlier today that a CM told someone that the 35% could only be kept if the dates were within 2020. As far as I know, packages can't be moved to 2021 until tomorrow, so I'm patiently waiting until then to call!

I just spoke to a CM on the phone who confirmed 35% has to be used within 2020 and dates must be moved by guest services.
