Help give me ideas to keep on rountine and not pig out. (Which is all I seem to be doing since we got here) We are eating at the hous some of the times but we are getting take out over half of the meals.
Right now we are in temporary house until our new house is ready and my elipical is shipped to our new house. I have been trying to walk everyday since we got here but I'm so bored all I seem to be doing is stuffing something in my mouth, if I'm not doing something. I have been trying to keep healthy snacks here but the amount of them in not so healthy.
Things are so different here and it is going to be a few weeks until we get to our new house. Plus I can't find my scale so I guess that was shipped with the other stuff. I don't want ot find my scale in a month and find another 10 pounds.
