Moving from Poly Bungalow to Poly Studio

I'm just wondering how this move will work......
The first part of our trip is in a Bungalow at the Polynesian and then we move to a Studio at the same resort.
Will we have to take all our luggage to Bell Services at the front of the GCH when we leave the Bungalow?
Is there any chance they will move our luggage from the Bungalow to the Studio for us?

You'll have to do either or unless your studio happens to be ready although it's a very small chance for that IMO.

You can take to Bell Service or call them to come pick it up. Tell them you are moving to a studio and that you need your luggage held until later in the day. Once you get into your studio you then call them to deliver or you could go get it from them. The move will not be automatic - you will have to be in the rooms both for them to pick up and then to deliver.

I would go down to check in that morning and ask if a room is available and if it is acceptable to you, then check in right away to the studio and when back at the bungalow call Bell Services to move luggage and groceries to the studio.

Edit: I just had thought, I think I would go to the studio and confirm I can get in and that the studio is really ready. Also I am not sure you can have access to two rooms at the same time on the MBs. You might need a KTTW card for one of them or if your spouse is waiting back at the bungalow then she could let you in.

Call bell services and have them come get your luggage. When you check in to the studio, call them and have them deliver the luggage. You've got about a 3% chance that your studio would be ready by check-out time. And, you don't mention when you actually intend to check out. Just have bell services handle the luggage while you go about your day.

Wow! Wouldnt that be nice? Having access to both for a lil bit? Highly unlikely the Studio will be ready, but there's always a chance!

What time will they be kicking us out of the Bungalow? I'm sure it's going to be hard to leave!

Check out for DVC villas is 11 am and checkin is after 4. Sometimes rooms are ready sooner but you never can count on that. We've stayed at BLT, SSR, Poly, and BWV. Other than our 2 SSR stays our rooms were always ready much later (like between 3 and 4)
