Movies that Disney Channel has showen

Hey,
My aunt and I love Disney Channel movies. But there was this one movie that I loved to death and I can not find it anywhere. Susie Q I believe it is called. It is about a boy and his mom and sister moving to a different town and well the boy finds a braclett in a river/lake and when he has it with him he sees a ghoast. Does anyone rememeber what it is called or whenre I can find it?
