The whole episode was built around it, with Kramer doing the last line at the end on the bus. It's the one about George buying John Voight's (the dentist's) car, and Jerry getting left with no shoes except cowboy boots when Kramer takes all his sneakers to the Mom and Pop store he inadvertently closes down.
