If I go to the movie stores you think they may give me some of them codes?

Im a little nervous to ask :D

No They get special packages for rentals. Without the normal packaging.

I called every local movie rental store. They either had no idea what I was talking about or said that they don't get those in the rental movies.

OK, I'd probably get the "I have no clue what you are talking about"

Lol.

thats how i get most of mine we just call and say that we are looking for some codes that we can put in online to get some things for a online game and the codes are in a paper in the movie boxes and may we plz come get some and they let us everytime that is at blockbuster but now days they are switching over to a different rental box where they put locks on them and throw away the contents

I was a manager for 3 different "movie rental" stores and they DO NOT get the regular packaging that goes out to the stores. So, basically they DO NOT get the movie codes. Some of your itty-bitty stores MIGHT get them, but it is a real long shot.

We asked at our local Blockbuster and they said they DO get them but they have to put all the paperwork from all movies in an envelope and send it to the corperate office.
but I have heard others that goto different blockbusters and have had luck getting them.
Personally I think it has to do with who your asking and if they are nice enough to actually look for you.

Most movie rental places now get in special packaged movies that don't come with anything inside. I have asked before and got a few, but its a local place and not a bigger rental chain. Again- it wouldn't hurt to ask, but don't get your hopes up.

Sort of OT, but I was looking at the Trades board, and I noticed that several people were mentioning that they don't want codes from certain movies because you can only enter one code from each movie. Is that true? For example, say you did get codes from movie stores, like four from Pirates. Would you have to make four different accounts for that to work, or can it all be on one? I ask because my sister has codes that she's never going to use, but they're for the same movies that I own, Pirates, Rat, etc. TIA!

Yup you can only redeem one of each eligible movie code on your account. So you would have to create additional accounts to use codes from duplicate moves OR you can trade your duplicate codes for the ones you're missing.

If you do make extra accounts I wouldn't advise just using False/Fake information when registering. Also I would use a valid e-mail address that you will have access to. This is so you can get their e-mails for confirmation(s) and other informationwhen redeeming certain prizes.

Id just trade it :-)

also you can check your local public library, if they offer movies to rent, our library does, and we got a code from one of those movies.
