I actually really enjoyed There will be blood Daniel Day Lewis was amazing in that movie. :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

I am going on a little date night on Weds. We are going to see Burn After Reading I will let you know how it is. It looks really funny. It won't be on DVD for a while but you can put it at the bottom of your list if it is good.

I know I have more. I just can't think right now.

We really enjoyed Juno when it came out earlier this year. I'm sure a movie about a teenage girl getting pregnant isn't everyone's cup of tea but we thought it was great.

If you're looking for something daft then hoiw about National Treasure 2?

Buffy, the kids may find it interesting that Indian motorcycles were made in Springfield, MA.

No movies to recommend, however we did like National Treasure 2.

Lovin' this list!! Now, I can't believe I am about to suggest this movie b/c I'm not an action flick kinda gal but Vantage Point was great!!!!

The 4th Indiana Jones is about the come out, so I have to add the first three to the list.

We usually go to a movie every Friday night (date night), so I will be able to review one every Monday if you want, but for the last few weeks (and the next few) we are just too busy. In terms of DVDs though, we are about the finish the West Wing TV show. We have the whole season on DVD and have been watching it for months. Quite apropos given the political climate now-a-days.

Remember the Titans - it's one of my favorite along with the National Treasure movies. All are family friendly.

I am a huge movie buff with over 1500 DVD's. I buy movies almost every payday. The most recent movies I've found entertaining and have added to my collection..

Alvin & The Chipmunks - of course some either love it or hate it, I loved it.

What Happens in Vegas - Cameron Diaz & Ashton Kutcher both head to Vegas for the weekend and after a night of drinking get married. A quarter is placed on a machine, it hits the jackpot. They go to divorce court and the judge tells them they have to try to make thier marriage work for six months before granting a divorce. It keeps you laughing through the entire movie

August Rush - OMGosh I can't even begin to say how much I loved this movie! Lyla and Louis falls in love after a night above Washington Square. Lyla gets pregnate, after telling her father she is keeping the baby she walks out and his hit by a car. Her father tells her the baby died. 11 years later the father confesses his greatest sin on his death bead. The baby is alive. Evan growing up in an orphanage runs away and heads to New york to find his parents whom he believes can "hear" him. Evan is a seriously gifted musician. This movie will make you laugh, make you cry, make you ANGRY and just touch your heart.

Iron Man (release date September 30) - Seriously hands down a great marvil comic movie.

27 Dresses - The classic chick flick featuring Katherine Heigl as always the bridesmaid. She falls for a reporter who unknown to her is writing an article.

Fools Gold - Ben is a treasure hunter who is obsessed with finding the legendary 18th century Queen's Dowry. Tess, whom just divorced Finn is working on a yacht owned by billionaire Nigel Honeycutt. Finn convinces Nigel to fund the search and the adventure begins. A great comedy with a touch of romance and adventure.

Nim's Island - Nim who is living on a tropical island with her scientist father is left to fend for herself after her dad's boat leaves him stranded far away and careless tour companies wreak havoc on the secluded paradise Realizing that she will need adult assistance if she truly hopes to save her home, the resourceful youngster soon begins exchanging e-mails with the author of a book she has been reading..
