Movie/Meal Deal Non-Meat Entrees

We plan on being @ US on a Friday during Lent and need to get recommendations on which restaurant included in the Movie/Meal Deal locations would be our best choice for non-meat entrees. What would be a winner for a seafood/vegetarian meal?

Hard Rock Cafe:
Veggie Sandwich
Nachos - Regular or Corn
(I am assuming we can order this w/o meat)

Margaritaville:
Fish Sandwich

NASCAR Cafe:
Chargrilled Shrimp

NBA City:
Traditional Cheese Pizza

Pastamoré:
Any Wood Oven Pizza
Fettucine Alfredo
Pasta Primavera
Classic Lasagna
(Tomato sauce w/o meat?)

Latin Quarter:
Chilean Salmon Ensalada (grilled salmon salad)

Hard Rock's Veggie sandwich is VERY good.
We have also enjoyed pizzas from Sals @ the Portofino - worth going to the hotel for in my opinion.
Any place you pick will have options for non-meat dishes, I ate vegetarian meals for a few years on site & never had a problem.

The fish sandwich at M'ville is one of my favorite things to eat there! I get mine blackened and have it served with guacamole and sour cream. YUM YUM!
