Movie help needed....

I have been challenged again with some trivia and I can't come up with it on my own....


Okay I don't have much to go on here but I figure the great DIS minds will hopefully be able to help me....

There was a movie several years ago...I believe it was a made for TV movie and I "think" it was shown on the Disney channel


It was based in maybe the 50's or 60's
a young girl ( teen) was a ghost
at one point she wore a pink dress and there was an important scene on a bridge...
something about prom or a dance or something

I know not much to go on

I loved that movie. It's sucks that it hasn't been released on DVD. I think it is up on YouTube in 10 parts. Another similar movie is Earth Angel which was tv movie in 1991.
