A decent apartment in the La Manga Golf Resort will set you back £100k. Over here, a decent apartment will cost you four to five times as much - but only because there's little land to build on where I live. So take that £400k - £500k, buy two or three apartments in Spain plus one to live in and let the rentals work for you!
