Last days are so sad especially when you don't know when you don't know when you are going back.
We've played Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom and it does take time, I think I finished the first level last time I played. We didn't play on out=r last trip. It was too crowded in October and we had trouble getting the regular stuff done.
Meg is so cute in that dress but I'd be cold.

Yes.. no fun..

I rode the train for the first time on my mini trip this past April. We only rode it to Adventure land but it was still pretty awesome!

It's really a great find! No too many people are ever on it!

I love those pictures from up on the train station! I want to get these our next trip.. so cool!

One of my friends from college helped to create the sorcerers game. Not my cup of tea by all means, but I've heard it was neat if your into it.

Accomplished! This is where i learned about this game, in how people take it over the top serious. There are several people at tables. with these HUGE binders overflowing with cards.. Yes the SoMK cards.. They were all trading and arguing. It's a bit much for me??? These people REALLY take this stuff seriously.


I knew where the next clue was leading us.. again i didn't let on.. So we jumped in here!











There was a bit of a line we didn't mind. Meg met a friend so the girls were chit chatting all the way. The boys were having a blast as we need to speak pirate the whole way to the line.

Finally we boarded our little boat waved goodbye


and off we went!

After the ride i found out the little girl Meg was talking to gave her a signed picture of Mickey from Tokyo!!! I SO SO wish i had known about this. as I would have done the same for the little girl! Or gotten their facebook email so the girls could remain friends.

Meg proudly had her picture on her wall next to her bed.

I have several goals for the NEXT TIME trip. like this dang pirates ride. I really need a new camera...

I had no idea that the card game was taken so seriously by some. Wow. I do think Abi would enjoy it so we will have to take the time next trip.

I love Pirates. It's just one that is so nostalgic that I don't get sick of it.

Loved the trip through Pirates and the Tiki Room, I needed that here today at work. I want to know what it is about the Tiki Room and obnoxious kids, I had that problem in December. So what did the kids think about the Tiki Room?

Nothing like a good sword fight! I remember my brother buying a gun there when we were kids and carrying it on the airplane for the flight home. That's not going to happen these days, I wonder how people get them home if they are flying?

Have i mentioned how hot it was this day? With all these people in line. ALL people sweating, packed like sardines, it was yucky. I don't know why people find it necessary to compact in these lines... If we give a little room between us it WONT BE SO HOT! plus i really don't want to smell you nor want your sweaty body against me OK? Comprende?!?! <-- and you thought your spanish lesson was over way back in mexico... Silly readers..



I am NOT a fan of spiders... especially ones who jump!!!

Because it was time for our FP!!!! I was REALLY excited over this FP. Normally something i wouldn't get a FP for!!!!

Oh and yes, that is the other half of the plane that is in the Casablanca scene in The Great Movie Ride. It actually has a hidden Mickey on it but it's towards the bottom and sometimes gets covered with leaves.

I’ve seen some threads on here about the SotMK, somehow it doesn’t surprise me that people are obsessed with a trading game in the MK.

I’m really depressed that PotC will likely be closed this September; it’s a family favorite.

Yes they hand you a map with trading cards. When you find the clues and the exact spot you play with the cards. It's pretty cool. apparently you need to use the correct card to each spot.

Obsessed.. Good word.. Whatever floats their boats. The gamers weren't mean or in the way of my kids playing. But jsut to watch them against each other was.... well.... stimulating?

ohhhh, we love the train! there is a behind the scenes tour all about the trains that we'd love to do sometime. it has an age limit for some reason of 10 though, so we'll have to wait until the girls are older. I love getting to rest my feet and see the whole park and I LOVE the view down main street!

now I don't know if I should sing "tiki, tiki, tiki, tiki, tiki room" or "yo ho, yo ho, a pirates life for me" all day! guess i'll just alternate as I love them both! all the pictures are so good! we love tiki room. DH video'd the whole thing last time we went and we watch it a lot.

we have not gotten into those SoMK cards and i'm so glad. i'm sure it's fun, but it just seems like a bunch of running around and wasting time I could be riding a ride or meeting a character! i can't believe people were there trading and fighting about cards....i could think of so many better things to do at Disney! i guess that's why Disney is so awesome--something for everyone!

Yes I have a FP for the parade.. I did it. Ya want to know why?

It's all about the pictures! After almost a half day in adventureland (dang card game)
we needed to get over to the line for the parade! I was REALLY EXCITED ABOUT IT!
How can you complain? we were front and center in the hub smack dab in the middle of the castle!




Fair warning this is going to be a boat load of pictures coming at you!

But i do also want to tell you about the heat now. as i told you were we were positioned for the parade please remember there is NO SHADE anywhere.. blazing sun cooking you form above. the concrete was CRAZY hot i swear to you it could cook a steak to well done. No breeze. So i came up with the idea of sitting on our ponchos It worked for a few but the heat came right up!
ouch!






hot. Lots and lots of water. Then we had the mother/daughter from AK Tusker house TRY to get in front of us!!! OH NO YOU DON'T! 1 you have no idea how to use your camera 2, stop stepping on my children (i had to tell her multiple times) 3 i don't like you.

She FINALLY moved down a ways after i had to tell her to back off my kids for the 4th time. We had a bit of elbow room.

OK enough about bad people! It's time for the most colorful parade and entertaining parade i have seen!!!
