Move Hotels as we move Parks or stay in one?

Hitting Legoland, DLR and USH over about 4-5 days. Will stay 2 days at DLR and 1 day at the others. Should we stay central and travel back and forth or move hotels due to CA traffic?

This will occur between Thur and Mon.

we usually do disneyland and legoland

for disney & legoland we stay in anaheim and drive down to legoland (usually 2 separate days) the drive isn't too bad. usually a 1.5 hour drive. this is usually on a monday or thursday. park opens at 10, leave anaheim at 8:30 and arrive a little before 10.

If you are flying into LAX or San Diego it might be easier to spend one night in LA or SD before/after visiting Anaheim. Otherwise it's not really necessary to change hotels if you only plan on visiting USH and Legoland. Both can be easily done in one day.
