Mousesavers says YES to ticket increase

I've been reading everyone's posts about ticket increases and had no clue about it !! Thanks so much for the Heads-up to the 1st timer! I wasn't even signed up to post messages but had to share what I just found out!
Just rechecked Mousesavers and here's what it said as of 2:45 CST August 3:

Walt Disney World ticket prices will be going up on August 8. If you were planning to buy tickets, now is the time! (WDW tickets can be purchased in advance, because unused tickets are valid forever.) Check out Undercover Tourist, which is authorized by Disney to sell discounted tickets that are new and genuine. Prices include tax and FREE shipping to the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia and Netherlands!

I think packages will just rise in cost in relation to the rise in ticket cost!? Unsure...but I'd check because....

Just got an email update on ticket increase...it's Sunday the 5th not the 8th. They linked to an article in the Orlando Sentinel for "proof".
Also I just purchased my tickets through undercover tourist at about 10 pm CST and it stated received on the 4th at like 3 AM....so don't wait till the last minute! There is some sort of time difference!

but htis wouldn't work for us if we are planning a jan 2008 trip we could technically but the tix now and they would be valid until the first day we use them then i think its 14 day
but what if we wanted to do the dining are we out of luck?
or does that go with the disney hotel price? (this always confused me) isn't the dining based on the # of NGHTS you stay at the disney hotel and NOT the # of tix you buy?

so could i buy 6 MYW tix now for use in Jan?

ohhh and what about the codes that come out that give us free PH, wtaer & more option?
i was able to just add that on last year but i had a pckage w/ disney and bought all together, not separately?

I suggest calling the direct Disney # ASAP and asking those questions for absolute validity to the answers...I could tell you what I think I've come to understand...but would hate to steer you wrong...what i do know is...you can buy the tickets now and use them whenever (as long as you use them within the 14 days you use the 1st)
Also you are in the same boat I was in...to gamble waiting for better codes/add ons or to not gamble codes!!! I'm just not a risk taker! I bought last night! Don't wait too late I found that there was about a 5 hour time diiference when you buy from undercover tourist. Hope all works out for you!

Yes, you can buy now and use in January.

In fact, I just finished purchasing our tickets for our January trip.
