If you have a safe list or sililar in your mail program make sure you list any email addresses ending in @moussavers.com as "safe". This should help.

I've had @mousesavers.com as well as newsletter@mousesavers.com in my safe list in my hotmail account and I didn't get the newsletter this month. Thanks to Mary for resending it to me!

I've sent an email to notify the hotmail customer service. We'll see if that works. Let you know what they say when I hear from them.

I just wanted to say a BIG THANKS!! I look forward to the newsletter every month, It helps our family so much and with four kids we need all the saving tips we can get to be able to go to disney, Thanks again.

Oh, I'm so glad I found this thread. Mary, I just emailed you this morning since I did not get my July newsletter. I, too, have a Yahoo account and it looks like you had major problems with Yahoo. Can anyone tell me how to tell Yahoo that mousesavers newsletters are okay to accept? I looked at my mail options and I can't seem to find where you can do this. (I see where you can block an address but not where you can say this address is okay)

Mary - I, too, really appreciate your efforts. YOU have saved my family a tremendous amount of money and shared such terrific tips over the years. Please don't stop. If there's anything that you could tell us to do to help make it easier, please let us know!!!

BTW, I got my newsletter this morning in my Yahoo in-box and it was dated on the 15th by Yahoo! It just showed up today. Oh well I guess since my Yahoo mail is a free account I can't complain - I am just happy I got it.

I've gotten another 40 or so e-mail requests for re-sends since my earlier posts, so this is a particularly bad month. They are 99% Hotmail and Yahoo subscribers this month, so obviously both of those e-mail providers had a problem. Hopefully it was just a one-time thing. <sigh>

I just got my newsletter today and I use Hotmail. Yay!! :p

i just wanted to say thanks again for your wonderful newsletter and website Mary! We really appreciate all of the hard work that you do!
 
I didn't even know you had a newsletter, but love your website. Is there a place we can go to look at this month's newsletter. We leave the beginning of August, so it's too late for me to sign up. Also, a suggestion to save you money - could you just post the newsletter on your website each month and people go could there to check it out? Thanks for all you do!!

add my thanks the growing list. i couldn't imagine buying anything disney, from a book to a cruise, without checking your site first.
i never knew that you had to pay for sending the newletter out. instead of a mass mailing of the newsletter each month, would it be possible to have a "hidden page" on the site that you can only access by typing the actual address (for example: mousesavers.com/newsletter) that we all could check the 15 of each month for the special deals? this way you don't need to pay for sending out the newsletter, and you wouldn't have to deal with the " i didn't get my newsletter" emails. we'd still need to sign up to get the link, but now it would be up to us tocheck the site, not for you to send it out.
just an idea, and i'm not really sure if its even feasible or not.

my newsletter did arrive on the 18th. Yahoo delayed it for some reason, i have noticed that on occasion, they do that to some "group" mailers.
 
I finally received mine at my hotmail account on the 18th. Of course it was dated the 15th. Thanks Mary for all of your worthwhile & valuable information. I look forward to getting these emails.
