can someone help me get my head around the mouse keeping days

we are here for 21 nights

arrived on a sunday

got full house keeping on the Thursday

then nothing again until the following week, chased up and they apologised and came in the following day

so we got full housekeeping on the Thursday after the sunday checkin and again full housekeeping (when we phoned) on the Friday of the following week

when should be the exact day of our next full housekeeping if we go by our check in date. I never know if we count the Monday as day one do we then count 4 days on from the Monday of that mousekeeping day or Tuesday ie the day after

want to get it right before I phone them

Your first service is supposed to be on Wednesday after a Sunday check-in. The reminder cards in the room used to always give that exact example)

For a long stay, you get a full cleaning on Wednesday, then Trash and Towel service 4 days later, (Sun) then full on day 12, (Thu) then T&T on day 16 (Mon)

(Although I've not done longer than 10 days)

Day 1 is check in date, day 4 should have been a full clean because you are there longer than 7 days. Day 8 T&T, day 12 Full clean and repeats.

Notify the front desk manager in person and follow up with an email to DVC Member Satisfaction.

Contacting Mousekeeping won't do much because they are the ones that screwed up to begin with, AGAIN!

Are all your days on one reservation? Since you check out, check in with separate reservations, that really messes up cleaning.

Where are you staying? I thought BLT messed up the most.
