mousekeeping for 16 days

We have rented points for the first time and would like to claify mousekeeping. I understand that garbage and towels is on day 4 and full cleaning on day 7. Can someone please tell me if we arrive on the 9th and leave on the 25th what are the exact dates these things happen. Sometime I can be slow. It is actually 16 nights! 17 days.

Day 1 is check in, on day 4 is full clean, on day 8 trash and towel, day 12 full clean, day 16 trash and towel.

IMO, the owner that you rented from should have provided you with this info. That is what you are paying them for.

Are you staying 16 days or 16 nights? If 16 nights, you will get trash and towel service on day 16. If you are staying 15 nights (16 days), you won't get the second trash and towel service.

So it goes like this:
Day 1 - Check in
Day 4 - Full Service
Day 8 - Trash removed, towels replaced
Day 12 - Full Service
Day 16 - Trash removed, towels replaced

If you were only staying seven nights or less, it would go like this:
Day 1 - Check in
Day 4 - Trash removed, towels replaced

Housekeeping Services

Trash & Towel Service
For stays of seven or less nights, Trash & Towel Service is provided on day four, regardless of whether you're using Member-discounted cash, Vacation Points or a combination of both.
With Trash & Towel service, Housekeeping will:

• Empty trash and replace liners in trash bins.
• Provide fresh bathroom linens.
• Replace shampoo, facial soap and bath soap.
• Replenish facial tissues, paper towels and toilet paper.
• Replenish coffee, sugar, cream and sweeteners.
• Replenish dishwashing liquid, dishwashing detergent, sponges and laundry detergent as needed in one-, two- and three-bedroom Vacation Homes.

Full Cleaning Service
For stays of eight or more nights, Full-Cleaning Service is provided on day four and Trash & Towel Service is provided on day eight. After that, the cycle begins again on day 12, regardless of whether you're using Member-discounted cash, Vacation Points or a combination of both. With Full-Cleaning service, Housekeeping will provide everything included with the Trash & Towel Service, plus:

• Change the bed linens.
• Vacuum and dust the Vacation Home.
• Clean the bathroom(s).
• Clean the kitchen/kitchenette and wash the dishes.

WOW. I should definitely have looked into this when we were still on site so I could have spoken to someone. We just did an 11 night stay and our day 4 full cleaning was definitely NOT a full cleaning. All she did was trash and towel and she tried to just leave the basket of clean linens with us and not even do that. I'll know now for next time.
