Mousefest Cruise!!!

Hello everyone. I snuck over to to Deb's site wdwig.com and found somthing out about the cruise we are going on December 5, 2005. I now see that's it's going to be a Mousefest cruise. It said it's a gathering of hundreds of Internet community members and they will be starting the first part of their meet on the 4 day Wonder cruise. Please somebody tell me what this means!!! I booked our cruise back in October 2003 and knew nothing of this. Is this a good thing? Will any of the usual activities be changed to accommodate this special cruise? This is going to be our very first cruise and I don't want to feel like we don't fit in.

Don't worry! We joined as part of the MF group last year, mostly for the discounts! Unfortunately, we didn't have any time for any of the MF meets. You wouldn't even know this is happening at the same time of your cruise.

It was nice to meet Deb Wills though! She did come around and visit during our dinner at Parrot Cay!

My family will be on that cruise too! We booked through MouseEar Vacations so we are "officially" part of mousefest, but we are going to be on a family reunion (there are 15 of us!) so I don't know how much we'll be doing with the group. I look forward to cruising with you! Do you have any kids coming with you?

Lynnyl, That is so nice to finally know someone else on this cruise. That is wonderful about having you family reunion on board bet you'll all have a blast. Yes, I do have two children ds will be 12 and dd will be 7. Do you have any children cruising with you? We are so excited. Are you first time cruisers?

I'm also booked on this cruise as part of mousesavers'04. This will be my 3rd Disney cruise. I don't have any kids and for this cruise i will be solo leaving the husband behind in Texas. I am hoping to meet other dismembers going on this cruise.

We are book on this year Mousefest Cruise also. Last December was our first cruise and this was Mousefest.

As was mentioned, there is not a lot of time so we one did one of their excursions. The Nassau Tour with Dave. We met Deb and others at meal times.

There is so much to do on the ship anyway, you can never fit in everthing you want to see and do.

I do not think it will "affect" your cruise negatively in any way.

I must remember to take my bonine the first day. I missed a wonderful meal at Tritons, because I never thought I'd be the one to get seasick.
