Mousefest and Pop Warner

Can some nice wise DISer please take a moment and explain to me what Mousefest is and when it takes place.
Also I know that Pop Warner is some sort of football/cheerleading gathering but I'm not sure exactly when it takes place.
I'm just trying to figure out if either of these two things are going to effect our trip in any way.

Don't know what you mean by "affect your trip." I assume you mean crowd levels. Mousefest should not have any discernable effect on crowd levels unless you are wandering around the Dolphin resort on Saturday, December 3, when the big meet takes place. You might see various groups around the parks.

Pop Warner Super Bowl is from December 4-10. If you are at a value resort and maybe some of the moderates, you will be sharing the resort with the football and cheerleading/dance competitors, ages 5-16, and there will be a lot of them. Food court capacity and waiting times for buses might be affected. The kids spend most of their time competing at Wide World of Sports but they do go to the parks at times. There will be a party for them at MGM and the park will close early on that night.
