Has anyone used them before?

I must admit, I was leary, after using another online travel agency in the past and being terribly disappointed (more than once). I have nothing but praise for Mouseearvacations.com and my agent, Tim. He is so quick to respond and is very knowledgeable. My agent has called me and emailed me when needed - and in a very timely fashion, as well.

It is such a relief when I don't feel that I need to do the agent's work for them myself in order to get it done correctly, as I had to with that other online agency (including getting a better rate and making priority seatings).

I recommend Mouseearvacations.com 100%!

I too am using Mouseearvacations.com . My travel agent has been more than helpful. If I have any questions I just call her 800 number and she gets back with me in a very timely fashion. She has been a wealth of information and has helped me decide on things from her own personal experience. So count me in recommending this TA!!!!
