MouseEarsVacation question

I've booked my FTP trip through MouseEarVacations.com through their concierge service. I'm leaving Saturday, but I have a question. I received my paper work to check into the hotel, but do I pick up my tickets to the parks at the front desk at check-in? And if I get there early and can't check in yet, can I still get my tickets when I get there?

We checked into the Poly for our FTP at noon and everything was ready to go in less than 30 minutes, tickets that is, our room was ready later. Cute little tink UPH's. Enjoy the magic.
