I will not contact him anymore as there is no more to say but I just feel so desperate and absolutely gutted.

When such an horrible thing happens everything else seems less important.

May he rest in peace and his family find some confort somehow.
 thoughts to you both.

I agree it definitely puts many things in perspective :goodvibes

Update on the letter I received about the ambulance service job. It now turns out that they are no longer recruiting externally & they are in the process of changing the job role:headache: They reckon about at least another month before they know what the role is going to be:confused: but apparently I am near the top of the list due to me passing everything.

At this rate they will be lucky if people want to the job after being misled & being mucked about. I will be very surprised if the training start this year:mad:

So now i'm back to seeing what else there is. I am apparently too old to join the RAF & Navy as an officer. I may be able to join the Army, but it was the RAF & Navy which had better options.

I have a Tower of Terror question: Does anyone of you know the name of the episode from The Twillight Zone with the Tower of Terror?

Thank you.

I only know it because I had to find it for a competition I entered! ;) Luckily I had the answers still saved on my PC!

My sister had a baby boy Matthew this morning, weighing in a small 10lb 9oz (Just need to convert him into loving Disney like his big sister)

apologies for the quality of the photo, we haven't been able to see him properly yet due to visiting hours.

The sad thing is someone stole my sisters DS lite & BIL Ipod from the hospital room & threw all the new babies clothes out of the case:mad:

aww, congratulations to you all. What a big baby he is, well done to your sister.:thumbsup2

How horrible is someone to steal their stuff though.:(

Big Conrats to your sister!!! Matthew is gorgeous!!! :lovestruc

People are horrible, can't believe someone in the hospital would do that...

Congratulations for the birth of the wonderful Matthew :lovestruc

How awful to have things stolen in the hospital and even more that someone else touched the baby's things

Thanks everyone, I can't wait to give him a cuddle.

My sister was more upset about them touching the babies clothes then the stuff that was stolen. The hospital security have been very poor about the whole situation.

Oh that is terrible  how upsetting.

Congratulations on becoming an Auntie again :yay: :dance3:   :dance3: :yay:

Matthew is gorgeous, congratulations to your sister and BIL. :goodvibes

Thank you.

I looked for this and there isn't one.
The narration in the library as Elaine mentions is from the epsiode "It's a good life", that's the piece that shows the map of the states and the intro that says "It's somewhat unique", but sadly there is no episode featuring the Hollywood Tower Hotel.

Look what i brought on Ebay, its SO cute! I love Hello Kitty!

I love Hello Kitty too. It was a bit rainy in London today and we all went to play in the toy department in Harrods. So tacky but so good, they let the kids do whatever they want and is a lot easier to keep an eye on them than in Hamleys. Anyway, they have a great Hello Kitty collection and I spent so much money there blaming everything on Mia's birthday in 2 weeks time... Will never admit it's all for me:lmao:
