Old Key West - the George Washington of DVC resorts
Beach Club Villas - I can see this one as the favorite overall Epcot resort for me, yes.
Villas at Grand Floridian - Fastest sellout - This is probably my favorite resort from when I was younger - I was very excited to stay at VGF right after it opened.
Aulani - gonna be the all-time record holder for slooooooooowessstt sellout...

(despite Aulani's record setting, I would probably go with AKL instead for the animals and uniqueness of the resort.)

Do we think that Aulani will ever sell out?

1. OKW (original)
2. VB and HHI (1st trial run outside WDW and issues arose at both resorts=Disney learned their lesson...)
3. GCV (1st Disneyland DVC)
4. Aulani (lesson not learned from VB/HHI, will it ever sell out?)

Sure...but when is the question. I doubt we will see it sold out before 2030. The funny thing is that they could lower price, offer bigger incentives to just be done, but honestly, I wonder if they simply are getting good cash bookings that make sense to simply let it take as long as it takes.

Aulani has been selling since 2010 right?

Agreed that they aren't concerned. Otherwise there are ways they could encourage sales. Even just having guides offer it to potential buyers.
