Motor Coach Charter question

We are getting a motor coach for the entire day of the wedding to pick up guests up from resorts, bring them to all locations, and then drop them off after. For our rehearsal dinner, we are doing a dessert party at Epcot. We are only having our bridal party and parents, should be less than 20 people. Do we have to use the motor coach? It would be a huge waste of money. Our ceremony will be in the WP so the rehearsal will either be there or on GF property, which means after we could all just take the monorail to Epcot, and then everyone is staying on Disney property, so they could all just take the bus back to their hotel. If it were going to be a hassle for guests, I would get the motor coach, but this is not the case. Also, we will not be needing the motor coach for the minimum of four hours. Please tell me there is a way around this.

I am having a DP rehearsal at Morocco, and was never told I had to hire transportation. I opted to hire 2 vans ($50 total, carrying 16 people) to drive everyone home, but everyone is meeting there on their own.

We aren't using transporation for our DP. There is 12 of us for the rehearsal and dinner, then our whole group (30ish) are meeting at Guest Relations.

You aren't required to hire transportation in this instance, and if you do, it doesn't have to be a bus. Just be sure to leave plenty of time to get from the rehearsal to Epcot, since you'll have to change monorails at the TTC.

The vans hold 11 people each - if it were me, I'd pay the 50 bucks to take everyone from the WP straight to Epcot just to make it less of a hassle.
