I know Spiderman is a simulation ride and my husband does not tend to do well with simulations. For those of you who have rdden it, did you get motion sickness? I hear it is a not-to-be-missed ride, but I do not want anyone to get sick either. Just trying to decide if he will have to pass on this one or not. If it helps, he rode Mission: Space and it wiped him out for about 4 hours- it was awful! Thanks!
. He also got sick on the Back to the Future ride that used to be at UO & said he felt the 2 rides were similar. Guess it's one of those things where it depends on which types of movements &/or visual inputs cause your motion sickness.
I felt worse coming off of Cat than I did Hulk. Embarrassing.
Hope you don't mind if I throw out another question for those of us who suffer from motion sickness. How is the Simpsons Ride? If I like Spiderman will I like the Simpsons? I usually make my family go on the ride first and they tell me if they think I can handle it. They have been right every time except with Space Mountain-- UGH-- never doing that again!!!
I take Dramamine NON DROWSY when I visit the parks now and it works wonders.
